Pre-con Registration Now Closed

Registration for MiDFur the 13th is now closed, and will reopen at the convention. Apologies to all that missed out, but feel free to come along and register on the day.

Registering at MiDFur

If you have missed out on pre-registration, but still want to attend MiDFur the 13th, we will be selling both 4-day registrations and day passes at the door during the entirety of the convention. During the convention, ticket prices will be as follows -

  • Full standard registration: $115 + booking fee
  • Day passes. per day: $40 + booking fee

Payment Options

At the door, payment may be given in cash or by credit card. EFTPOS is NOT ACCEPTED.

Booking Fee

To cover the costs of registering attendees at the convention, a small booking fee will be added to all registrations. This cost is per transaction (buying multiple day passes counts as one transaction).

The booking fee depends on the cost of the ticket and the payment method used, but will not exceed $7.50.

Membership Options

Standard Registration - $95 $115

Standard Registration gives you access to the convention for all four days and gives access to almost all of the events, panels and parties.

Sponsor Registration - $130 - SOLD OUT!

Sponsor Registration gives you access to everything standard registration gives you, plus a little more:

  • Limited Edition T-Shirt
  • Priority seating at the front rows for events

Super Sponsor Registration - $200 - SOLD OUT!

Super Sponsor Registration gives even more, including:

  • Limited Edition T-Shirt
  • Priority seating at the front rows for events
  • Private meet and greet with Guest of Honour
  • Gala Dinner

Payment Options

Due to feedback by attendees, we are introducing a new registration system this year, hosted by Eventarc. Instead of being assigned a transaction number, attendees will automatically be issued an electronic ticket, which will be exchanged at Registration at MiDFur for your con badge.

This year, we are offering payment by credit card, as well as bank transfer and cheque/money order payment options. Please note that booking fees will apply to registrations; these are for the use of Eventarc and do not go to MiDFur.

Credit Card - Full payment only

Payment by credit card this year is completely automated for your convenience. Once you've made your payment, your MiDFur ticket will be issued to you. Simply bring your ticket to MiDFur, and you'll be issued with your con badge and other items.

Due to payment automation however, all credit card payments must be made IN FULL.

Bank Transfer - Full payment or deposit

To pay by bank transfer, please click on the 'Deposit/Cheque Registration' link to the left. Once you fill out the provided form, you will be sent to a page with bank account details so you can transfer your payment into our account.

For bank transfers, payment must be made within 48 hours of registration, otherwise you will be required to register for MiDFur again. Please email memberships@midfur.com.au when you have made your payment. We understand that there will be delays with transfers; as long as you notify us within 48 hours, you will be given time for the payment to appear in our account.

When making a payment, please clearly identify your payment by including a reference with your transfer (furry name is a good identifier) and also by sending a receipt to memberships@midfur.com.au. We take no responsibility for payments we are unable to identify.

For deposits, a minimum $50 deposit is required within 48 hours of your registration, with the balance of your membership to be paid within 30 days of your deposit. Please ensure that both your deposit and final payment are clearly marked, and notify us via email that you will be paying in two installments.

Cheque/Money Order - Full payment only

To pay by cheque, please click on the 'Deposit/Cheque Registration' link to the left. Once you fill out the provided form, you will be sent to a page with address details so you can transfer your payment into our account.

For cheque payments, payment must be made within 48 hours of registration, otherwise you will be required to register for MiDFur again. Please email memberships@midfur.com.au when you have made your payment. We understand that there will be delays with postal services; as long as you notify us within 48 hours, you will be given time for the payment to arrive.

Cheques and money orders must be made out to 'Australian Furry Conventions'.
