BIG BLUE FOX is a German furry who has made several significant contributions to the fandom. Since 2004, he has been a part of the Eurofurence staff, which is regarded as one of the best (if not the best) furry conventions in the world. At Eurofurence, Big Blue Fox’s contributions have included video production, the website and the convention DVD. Big Blue Fox operates as a freelance filmmaker, a skill he applies for fun in producing polished video coverage under the name of BBFTV for Eurofurence and several other furry conventions, including Anthrocon, Further Confusion, Mephit Minicon and Megaplex. His character is practically iconic and he can be spotted quite easily, both online in numerous art pieces and at conventions in fursuit, as (what else?) as blue furred anthropomorphic fox. As a DJ, Big Blue Fox has spun both professionally as well as at furry conventions, including playing at Anthrocon, Further Confusion, Confuzzled and Colonge Furdance.
